Investors in People have recently launched a new approach to working with the framework so you can tailor your assessment to your organisation’s unique business needs. As a result, all our support will be focused on your priorities, making the whole experience more relevant and meaningful. Your assessor will work closely with you to understand the needs and priorities of your organisation and agree how you can best use the Investors in People framework to meet your performance targets.
The framework itself has been extended beyond the Standard to give organisations the opportunity to explore in more depth areas that are of most importance to them. It can also provide stretch as part of an organisation's ongoing process of continuous development. Your Investors in People Specialist will identify the most relevant parts of the framework for your organisation and its particular needs. The whole process is pragmatic and forward–looking rather than retrospective, therefore moving your organisation forward to continuously improve.
