Additional Recognition for Additional Achievement
The new approach also introduces three additional awards to celebrate higher levels of achievement within the framework. The Gold, Silver and Bronze levels reflect the number of evidence requirements your organisation has met; which ones those are depends on your needs and objectives.
The new scoring system is transparent and easy to understand. Every evidence requirement achieved earns you one point. Simply put, the number of evidence requirements you achieve will be your score.
Organisations that achieve:
- The Standard plus 26 additional evidence requirements or more will be recognised as Investors in People Bronze.
- The Standard plus 76 additional evidence requirements or more will be recognised as Investors in People Silver.
- The Standard plus 126 additional evidence requirements or more will be recognised as Investors in People Gold.
We encourage those who are considering working beyond The Standard to think about the evidence requirements that link most closely to the business needs you identify with your assessor or adviser. You can select requirements from across the framework to achieve a cumulative score. Your assessor will tell you what your score is and what status you have reached. If your organisation is successful in achieving Bronze, Silver and Gold recognition, this will be reflected in the certificate you are awarded, and the logo and plaque you will be entitled to display.
